Mission Regional Medical Center is proud to welcome Dr. Frank O. Vélez into the Drs. Marquez and Villarreal Medical Group. Dr. Vélez was celebrated and given a warm welcome by the Rio Grande Valley community during his welcoming ceremony at the Cimarron Country Club last night.  Members of the community were able to meet and greet Dr. Vélez while enjoying great food, music and socializing.

Dr. Vélez graduated from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicaid and completed his residency at the University of South Florida Morsani School of Medicine in 2018. He now performs his surgeries at Mission Regional and has made a commitment to serve the RGV with his expertise.
